Like most Schools the teachers are very make or break, for instance, i had both one of the best teachers I've ever had and one of the worst teachers i had during different semesters, although overall i feel like i succeded academically

I just finished my first semester and really loved it. Everyone is ready to help you out all you need to do is ask questions.

Fresno City has completely changed into a public high school environment. The students seem to be just going because they feel they have to. There is no drive to succeed. Campus safety is not good. There is a lot of sexual harassment and homeless people roam and hang out in the library. There was a man who was clearly on drugs hanging out in the library and started yelling across the room. The only thing I did like about this school was the professors had a lot of hands-on experience in their field of study. They provided a lot of information on your future career goals. Also, this school has great mental health programs and food banks.

The campus is daily being updated, which is nice to see. Professors are well educated, friendly, and always willing to help. I would like to see more activities and food on campus maybe a coffee shop.

So far attending I like that being have to start school online I have access to succeed and professors are always in communication. That respond quickly when you have a questions and you are always welcome to meet them in their office for extra help. Returning back to school I did not know if going back online would be okay or difficult. I recommend for those who have to work full time and wanting or thinking to return back to school when you are in the beginning process I would consider Online to be an option in starting.

I loved the faculty. I was able to be part of the honors program and I greatly enjoyed my time learning from professors who received amazing education at world-renowned institutes such as Cornell.

I really liked the atmosphere of the school and the learning environment. The class schedules are up to the student to decide if they want more flexible hours in their schedule which is very helpful. The campus was easy to navigate to and overall I have a good connection to the college. I don't think there should be any other changes made, the college is fairly good in terms of education, where to take classes, and the financial aid is very beneficial.

I wouldn't go back if I was paid to. It was ridiculous the rules the teachers held, and the expectations of the school. Worse yet, police were on campus every single week over someone with a gun getting in.

My overall experience at fresno city college has been the best experience. And there are critics out there, That say, community's college are worth anyone's time. But in on honesty, this community college is worth every step and to better your career. My counselors help me choose the classes that benefit me and the professors are all very spectacular, professional and laid back. Now the food sadly is average, but they make up with it with food trucks. Even with transfer center and staff really do care about our futureand give their full attentionto help. And I am very grateful to be a student at Fresno city college, And I want to thank every staff member there.

As a currently enrolled student at Fresno City College, I haven’t had any severe issue with the college system other than its lack of resources. There are several courses listed but never enough professors to teach the program. It’s difficult to get by as an art student who wants to make it far as a career with artistic mediums.

Fresno City College has a great and accepting energy. Within all of Fresno, I feel the safest here and can tell other students do as well. Inclusion and diversity are a part of everyday life at Fresno City College. The amount of groups and associations available to a plethora of different groups of people is imperative to representation and inclusion. Great Job FCC!

I love everything about the college . From the history, to the Instagram page where there are announcements about the college. I think there should be background or mental health history check when it comes to teachers on campus.

Fresno city College is a wonderful university that offers a very diverse scene and holds a lot of care for their students. Fresno city College is actually the first community college in California and that being said, I enjoyed my time they’re very much the university itself is very accommodating to their students whether you have a private situation or you need extra help they’re always there. The teachers there are also great they’re very understanding they’re very caring. As were the curriculum, the Fresno city College is OK, I will say that. I am not sure what the usual amount of curriculum or majors most universities offer but I was able to find the major that I wanted, which is computer science.
Fresno is known to be one of the more rougher sides of California but with that being said, I think they have a wonderful community college. Fresno is a very diverse city and while it’s not the safest, there are a lot of good people here and you just need to find your crowd, thank youn

I like some of the classes other classes are boring and just drag on. I'm hoping that the amount of interest in some classes will increase as I begin to complete the core subject and enter into the classes that are more related in my field of study which is kinesiology.

I absolutely love all of the staff I've interacted with on the campus. I believed that college was going to be the hardest thing I'd ever done and that I'd end up dropping out but the staff I have connected with has continued to motivate me. The college truly shows that we, the students, are cared for. There is a wide variety of resources that are offered to meet anyone's needs. I also love how inclusive our campus is, I truly feel that I can be myself. The only thing that I would like to see change are the bathrooms. It'd be absolutely amazing if there were gender neutral bathrooms or permanent signs letting people know that they may use the bathroom that most aligns with their gender identity.

I went to FCC 10 years ago. And to be honest, I didn't take advantage of the opportunities provided to me. Now, although I am still reaping the consequences of my past, I have loved being back.

The truth is that it is a very good school, the facilities are very nice and the atmosphere is also very nice. Without a doubt, it is a university that I will be very fond of. I don't understand why people hate it, it's a good start to studying at university, and it also helps to save money for a 4-year university.
